Wellness Journal For Class-August 26

Okay So School is back in session. :( But My work has just began.
I am starting one of my assignments now kind of early but I will most likely forget about it so the best thing to do is start now. I have to do a wellness journal... simply put change something in my daily life and keep and keep a detailed journal about my progress.
I want to change a couple of things but I think the first thing that I want to start with will be the easiest. I want to stop biting my nails so much. I want to stop because I really want to have longer nails and with my continuous biting its not helping.
I will try to post twice a week to this blog. My 8 weeks or 2 month journey will start this Friday August 28th Drop Add...
